Refund Policy

This Refund Policy governs purchases made through proliftautomotive.com. At ProLift Automotive, we sell industrial and heavy-duty automotive lifting equipment. Due to the nature of these products, refunds and returns follow the structured rules below.


1. General Return Eligibility


Orders may be returned for a refund only if all the following conditions are met:




  • The product is unused, uninstalled, and in original condition.




  • All parts, accessories, manuals, and packaging are included.




  • The return request is submitted within 14 days of delivery.




  • The equipment has not been modified or damaged after receipt.




If any of these conditions are not satisfied, the item will not qualify for a refund.


2. Non-Refundable Items


The following are strictly non-refundable:




  • Equipment that has already been installed or assembled.




  • Custom or special-order products.




  • Clearance, promotional, or final-sale items.




  • Products returned without original packaging.




3. Refund Request Process


To initiate a return:




  • You must contact us first via email or phone with your order number and reason for return.




  • Returns cannot be shipped back without written authorization from ProLift Automotive.




  • Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product to the appropriate warehouse.

4. Restocking Fees


All approved returns are subject to a restocking fee of 15% of the product price. This covers inspection, handling, and re-warehousing costs.


5. Shipping Costs




  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.




  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.




  • For freight items, customers must arrange proper loading (forklift or carrier pick-up).




If the order was shipped with “free shipping,” the actual outbound freight cost will be deducted from the refund total.


6. Damaged or Defective Products


If your equipment arrives damaged or defective:




  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.




  • Provide photos and documentation of the issue.




  • We will work with the carrier to resolve claims and offer replacement parts or a product exchange.




Do not use or install damaged equipment, as this voids refund rights.


7. Refund Timeline


After the returned item is received and inspected:




  • Approved refunds will be issued within 5–10 business days.




  • Refunds are returned to the original payment method (processed through PayPal or card provider where applicable).




8. Order Cancellations




  • Orders cancelled before shipment may receive a full refund.




  • Orders cancelled after shipment are treated as standard returns and fall under the restocking and shipping deductions listed above.




9. Warranty vs Refund


Product warranty issues are handled separately from refunds. If a problem arises after the 14-day return window, support will be provided through manufacturer warranty service only.
